Norfolk County Council has changed the holdall system so we can introduce some improvements in the way you can top-up and use your holdall smartcard. We have some good things on the way and you will see some changes in the coming months when you log-in.
Existing holdall customers: We have brought your holdall card and account to the new site for you. The first time you log into the new site it will ask you to re-register your password. This only takes a minute.
The new site will send you a confirmation email. Click the link in your email to reset your password and gain access to your new account. We are sorry that we need to ask you to check your email, but in order to ensure that we are protecting your data, this re-registration is essential. The security of your personal information is our number one concern.
