What is the holdall smartcard?
The holdall is a smart travel card offered free of charge by Norfolk County Council to encourage sustainable transport and offer customers new ways to pay on the bus.
The smartcard is based on the national open standard for smart ticketing, so it is not restricted to one operator. Any bus operator who chooses to participate can sell their tickets with the holdall, and everyone is invited.
There are two ways to pay; Prepaid tickets, and Pay as you go.
The holdall smartcard can also be used as your key to Norfolk Car Club.
To find out more about the tickets available, and participating buses, take a look at what's in a holdall. If you'd like a holdall of your own, it's free to sign up.

Are you sure you wish to request a replacement card? This will mean that your current card will no longer work. If you confirm your request we will process a new smart card and send it to the address details you have previously confirmed.
